I probably will need to take care of things on the NTUOSS side, but will
probably come over to lend a hand from time to time.

Regarding this, I can provide a laptop, a keyboard, a mouse, either 2 or 3 LAN
cables, and a 1->4 power socket splitter with a pretty long wire.
Regarding Internet access, perhaps we could do something similar to what we had
done last year regarding the 3G dongle? Using airbase-ng, I could also turn a
notebook with a compatible wireless card (an Intel one like mine, or otherwise
supported by aircrack-ng) into a wireless accesspoint connecting to it, if we
don't already have a wireless router.
As for the meeting, how about an online meeting at #ubuntu-sg? At the very
least, I won't be able to attend any physical meetings, as I'm in Kuala Lumpur
at the moment.
