Hi all,

I attended the short and brief meeting for Software Freedom Day
Singapore 2010. Here is the summary:

Event Details:
Event: Software Freedom Day Singapore 2010
Date: 18th September 2010
Location: Central Lending Library, Pavilion (Bras Basah)

This year there are 4 separate themes during this event, namely:-

      * Entertainment
      * Mobile
      * Productivity
      * Social Networking

Summary:
In short, the pavilion will be divided into 4 groups each covering a
specific theme.

After clarification with FOSA Exco, TUSG can either choose to be
separated into 4 sub groups each covering a specific theme or
concentrate on one specific theme.

TUSG participation is confirmed for this event.

TUSG has to start planning for this event.

Planning Decisions:

      * Need to confirm the number of team members who will be able to
        represent TUSG during the event
      * Need to decide whether to hold 4 separate booths, or concentrate
        on 1 specific theme
      * Decisions must be made by end of next week, 11th June 2010

Other Considerations:

      * Redesign of brochures and flyers
      * Redesign of banner
      * Logistics: Laptop, LCD Monitor, Router, Power Supply Extension,
        LAN Cables, Internet Access
      * Request from Canonical for Ubuntu CDs
      * An official meeting to be held to finalize plans

Please reply latest by Thursday, 10th June 2010 so that I may be able to
lay out TUSG plans to FOSA Exco.
