[Ubuntu-SG] How to promote Ubuntu in Singapore?

I have been thinking about this for a long time, how do we promote Ubuntu in
Singapore, or even generally South East Asia? Since ubuntu-sg is the official
loco team for the country, I guess this is the appropriate channel to ask.
However, seeing the activities here, I cant help but feel sorry that there
are just not much being done, or rather not much interest in pursuing this
direction. Feel free to correct me, please.
