Hi all,

I would like all of us, if possible, to come to the meeting and discuss
on our roadmap and future activites. We have a few upcoming activities
in the second half of the year.

1. SOFTWARE FREEDOM DAY SINGAPORE 2009
The most important activity is Software Freedom Day Singapore 2009 which
will be held on 18th and 19th September 2009 at the Central Lending
Library. It will be a 2 day event with the 1st day comprising mostly
with presentations and the next will be a full day fair with booths.

Details are still very sketchy at this moment. But for our team, more or
less it will be provided a booth. We had a great event last year, and
let us make it a better one this year. Planning early will definitely
benefit us.

Discussion Topics:
- Booth Theme
- Booth Activity
- Banners
- Flyers
- Posters
- All other stuffs
- Sponsorship or help from Canonical and other LoCo

2. UBUNTU JAUNTY PRESENTATION FOR SLMG
Another event which will be held during SLMG meeting in June is a
presentation from us regarding Ubuntu Jaunty. Topics for this
presentation will be open for discussion. Interested members who wish to
present are welcome!

3. FOLLOW UP TO UBUNTU LIVE at NUS
This activity is up for discussion. We had a great turnout the last
time, but many issues need to be polished. A follow up to the event will
do justice for us and the attendees.

MEETING DETAILS (PROPOSED) - as usual, changes can be made to
accommodate interested attendees
Date: 29 May 2009
Time: 1900hrs
Location: CDR's place (if turnout is big, location will be changed)

Please reply and put in your name to the list below if you are
attending:

1) Heidir
2) David
