I am sure that there would be interest in this seminar specifically
on determining once and for all if software patents are legal in
Singapore. From what I know, it is not, but because of the US
Singapore 2004 FTA, it can slip into Singapore.
Anyway, if you are keen, please consider attending:
and asking the hard questions.
I am planning to attend and will be asking how we can make
software patents illegal in Singapore.
