[Ubuntu-SG] Changing mibbit to qwebirc

Hi all,

As freenode has now blocked all connections from mibbit[1] due to abuse 
I have switched us over to freenode's hosted qwebirc setup[2] and 
created a new drupal page for it.

I couldn't work out how to remove the Mibbit IRC module, so I've just 
hidden it for all users. If somebody who has an idea would that would be 
great.
