Thanks for the offer. Can we delegate this to you and Heidir then? I
want to focus on getting things set up on the site to support the
upcoming workshops.

I propose to use the new site with the name ubuntu.sg and rename the current site to "old.ubuntu.sg". A link on the new site will take visitors to the current, soon-to-be-old site. I would immediately disable write access to the old site. My reasoning is that we simply do not have the time and person-power to move the content from the old to the new site..
