Hello Ho Fucai,

My name is David. I am one of the members of the Team Ubuntu Singapore
group (TUSG). Muhammad Heidir gave me your contact information.

On Sat, 21 February TUSG will be having a general meeting, and we will
be discussing and planning events for the month of March. What I would
like to propose is that we would do a presentation at NUS as one of our
events. To help me with the agenda and planning for an event at NUS,
could you please answer these questions? I have CC'd to our mailing
list, as some of the other members may want to contribute to the
conversation. The list is members only, so you should reply just to me.
Of course, you are welcome to join Team Ubuntu and the mailing list!

Questions:

- Where at NUS will the presentation be held?

- What facilities are available (e.g., network connections, projector,
lab room, lecture room)?

- How much time is allotted for TUSG's presentation?

- What publicity are you doing for the event? Is there something we can
do to help with publicity?

- What sort of presentation are you looking for? We can do a lecture &
demonstration, but even better would be a hands-on activity. For
example, if sufficient time is available we could do an installfest
event where we actually install Ubuntu on the participants' computers.
Being able to do something like that is dependent on time allotted and
facilities available.

- Will TUSG's presentation be part of a larger event that includes other
groups?

Thanks for your interest in Ubuntu and TUSG!

Kindest regards,
C David Rigby
