You can suggest one on the DevelopmentCodeNames wikipage [0] or on
Ubuntu Brainstorm [1] (make sure your idea doesn't already
exist/somebody else has already recommended a name). However at the end
of the day sabdfl (Mark Shuttleworth) picks the next codename.
