[Ubuntu-SG] Site/Forum Update

Thanks David and John for spotting this. Didn't realise this as I have
been using 1280x1024 resolution.

Currently, the width of the columns are set to be fluid and occupy a
certain percentage of the screen. I will change this, together with the
favicon.ico, within today.

Reminder to self: Check site with 1024x768 and eeepc default resolution.
