[Ubuntu-SG] reverse proxy for SG ubuntu mirror

Hi all,

I understand that we as Ubuntu users in Singapore are facing issues
with our local mirror ftp.science.nus.edu.sg
Apparently the issue is one that lies in NUS traffic shaping for links
to paid upstreams, but it is fine for peering networks.

In view of this, I have setup a temporary reverse proxy for the NUS
mirror till it gets fixed or someone else steps up to take over.
Please try it and let me know if it works for you.

Note: this box is just for testing and may be removed at short notice,
