[Ubuntu-SG] Logo Release

Hello all,

I found that the logo did not look so good when shrunk and converted to .png
so that I could use it in the small screen space I reserved for logos +
links to other sites. So, I tried my hand at modifying it.

Best of all, I got to write my first poll on the new site! Details are on
