[Ubuntu-SG] Logo Release

Hi everyone,

Since there is no major feedback or any issues raised with the logo design,
I've uploaded the SVG of the final version for everyone to integrate into
their projects:

http://xp.sg/ubuntu-sg-logo.svg (we should mirror this on ubuntu.sg)

If i am not mistaken, the license for this svg should be: Creative Commons
BY-NC-ND

Anyone whom need help with graphics pertaining to the logo (i.e creating
banners and wallpapers) can contact me too.
