[Ubuntu-SG] Site update

Hi Guys ,

         Ubuntu.sg is live with same settings as the test site. We need
help with general testing as well as administration. We got some initial
problems with users using @yahoo.com.sg email. If any problems or
comments , pls post it here. Thank you.

PS: Pls tell us if you would like to help out too. We sure need a lot of
hands now.
