I suggest we do an application demo before the start of our presentation to make them interested. Maybe a game or open source music?

What do you think? Any topics you have in mind?

Or, I'll do the introduction and then you provide a more in depth approach.

Most probably I'll be using my slide, and adding some more content.

Edited quote:
Below is my answers to your questions. Can you confirm with me the topic so that I can do the publicity? Your talk will be around 3 to 4pm.

In addition, if you would like to set up a booth there (distributing Ubuntu installation discs, promoting Ubuntu user groups, having a laptop showing Ubuntu features, answering inquiries regarding Ubuntu...), I can provide you a table and chair with table cloth.

The audience are normal NUS students, most of them will come from School of Computing, NUS.
Since this is a public events opened to all students, I think the level of Linux/Ubuntu awareness is low.

You may give a quick introduction abt Linux, following by Ubuntu background bla bla and special or cool features (visual effect...) in Ubuntu that can attract people

Or Wubi and Wine approach. Why switch from Windows to Ubuntu. <-- this one will be more interesting.

 End quote.
