[Ubuntu-SG] Loco Approval

Hi All,

If we wish to apply for approval with the next Loco Council Meeting we have
to put in our Approval Form
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SingaporeTeam/ApprovalApplication) by the 7th
December. Currently it is adequate to be submitted according to getting
approved instructions(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoGettingApproved). There
are still two road map items Encouraging Translations and Install Fest
which need to be discussed as well as whether we should apply now or not.
