hi Everyone!
I have been lurking in this mail list for a while, but this the first time I make a post.

I agree that there are too few of us to make a Loco Team.  (Side note: anybody got an actual count?)

But I have a counter proposal.  I spent a lot of time at ubuntuforums.org, hiding my real identity there :-).  The new BB forum version allows creating arbitrary/social groups.  If there is enough people interested we can create an informal Singapore group.
