[Ubuntu-SG] Handout Brochure - Draft 3 Released

Hi,

Since everyone's been commenting on the content, lemme give some feedback on
the design:

1. Try not to have the words too close to the blue borders outlining each
section. If possible, have a consistent padding for the text throughout the
brochure.
2. The same goes for the images with regards to padding
3. If you gonna have 2 images stacked on top of one another like the case of
GIMP and Inkscape, try to have the top image dropping a shadow slightly.
It'll probably look better
4. I wonder if changing the application names to another color or increasing
their font-weight will make their names stand out more.
