As for http://ubuntu.com.my/ubuntu/images/mast_left2.png, you may
approach ApOgEE (member of Ubuntu-MY) who is good in graphic design
using GIMP (see http://artofapogee.blogspot.com/) and he probably can
give some pointers on how to design it. He can be contacted via e-mail
