[Ubuntu-SG] sg.archive.ubuntu.com not up-to-date?

I have a feeling that all the ubuntu repos are maintained by Canonical staff. 
Perhaps there is problem with rsync script ? Unlikely but I can't think of 
any other excuses for failing to sync with the main repo ...
