All need a bit more info before they're actionable, so I requested
further info or suggested debugging/reporting steps and marked
accordingly.

Athos - The postgresql-16 bug sounds like it was filed at your request
so may be worthwhile for you to look at if you already know how to
reproduce the error.  The bug report didn't include logs/configs; I
suggested some but you may have better suggestions.
