Happy Halloween!

Only one bug needing attention:

LP: #2085815 | unixodbc            |               php8.1-odbc missing dependency to unixodbc-dev |

Not sure if this is actually a dependency issue or the rules file needs
to create the necessary symlink manually.  This appears to maybe be a
wider problem (See
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34321203/call-to-undefined-function-odbc-connect-php-7).
I've added it as server-triage-discuss for next week.
