Hey team,

Date range identified as: "Tuesday triage"
Found 19 bugs. Noteworthy ones (2):
* https://pad.lv/2078494 | | D | Expired | postgresql-16
| After upgrade to 24.04.1 LTS pg_upgradecluster fails |
This has expired, but https://pad.lv/2081996 was a ‘to be continued’ but
the reporter did not set the status to New after his last comment. They
probably redid the databases manually, so I asked if there is a possibility
of further help with this.
* https://pad.lv/2089270 | | D | New | openvpn
| Still need OpenSSL3 patch for tpm2 |
The reporter confirms that the patch that Lena applied in a PPA fixed this
issue. I marked server-todo and subscribed the team.

https://pad.lv/2067348 | | D | Triaged | ruby3.2
| ruby build-in readline gem do not handle utf-8 input |
I found in rbenv/ruby-build upstream that, for fix the issue, ruby should
be builded against readline system libraries, which was weird to me due to
Sergio's comments: it seemed to me that ruby was already using it... So I
moved to ruby3.3 to see what happened, and it was OK, but discovered that
neither of them uses readline system libraries (3.3 uses reline, 3.2 uses
embedded ext/readline).
I built ruby3.2 in a PPA to check the fix, but I tagged the bug
server-triage-discuss because I'm not sure it could be SRU feasible. It
alters the way Ruby uses readline (maybe we would need complementary checks
to validate, in case we decided to do it). In addition, Debian doesn't do
it either. So, let's see what the Ruby experts could share about this.
