An openssh sru[1][2][3][4] had to be reverted due to a regression[4]
that is still being investigated.

mysql postinst failed:
Error: 98 (Address already in use)

Older bug, from july, which showed up in triage due to more people
being affected. Looks like a classical case of a mysql process already
running when another one is being started. I left a suggestion and
marked as incomplete.
And just then I saw this log message:

Do they have a snap installed at the same time as the deb? Indeed,
there is a mysql-strict snap:

And I can of course reproduce the problem if I install the snap, and
then the deb.

Fix committed in plucky. I added tasks for noble and oracular, with a
note that it's probably not worth an SRU on its own.

The openssh .d drop-in configuration can have surprising consequences,
specially on systems deployed with cloud-init and allowing password
authentication via that mechanism. This bug is a suggestion to warn
about possible insecure configurations. I left a comment.
