  Thanks to Athos for marking server-todo. I couldn't be able to reproduce
the error.

  After some turns, I classified this as an Invalid bug: reporter was
claiming that unbound is different in Debian than in Ubuntu because in
Debian there is a /etc/defaults/unbound for turning off the
unbound-resolvconf feature.
  I told the user that they can write their own file with the appropiate
variable (RESOLVCONF) for having this behaviour.
