Lots of history on this bug, and some recent updates from the reporter.
Didn't see any clear next steps, so just asked if the issue is still
present in Jammy, since the update last month may have fixed it.

pad.lv/2056372 | Enabling SPF checks with CHECK_RCPT_SPF doesn't work
pad.lv/2056443 | CHECK_RCPT_SPF SPF check fails if inbound IP address is
IPv6
These 2 bugs were submitted by the same reporter. It seems there could be
issues with SPF support, but I'm not too familiar with setting up SPF. I
found some steps online that I suggested the reporter try.
