Subscribed ubuntu-server so that this bug shows up during our
housekeeping meeting.

Tried to reproduce the problem following the instructions provided by
the reporter, but also failed.  Left a comment explaining what I tried
and left didn't touch the bug status.

Likely a local user configuration issue.
