Changed the task to "Ubuntu" instead of clamav, and reiterated that
Bryce's comment is a good way forward.

This bug affects a third-party software (Oracle Instance Client), which
IMHO should be rebuilt in order to pick up the new libaio SONAME (which
was bumped because of the t64 transition).  I marked the bug as Triaged,
but set its priority as Low.

sdeziel is on it, and this seems to be a local configuration problem.  I
didn't touch it.
