Bug Triage

ustriage found 13 bugs.  These are the noteworthy ones:

### https://pad.lv/2066914 | Incomplete | tmux | tmux 3.4 stalls during
    active pane zoom |

Tried to reproduce with the reporter's tmux.conf but failed.  I noticed
that they're using a third-party plugin manager for tmux, so I asked
them to try reproducing the issue without it.

Reproduced the problem, which seems very important IMHO.  I noticed that
Steve is already on top of it, so I just marked the bug as Triaged.

A strange apparmor denial that prevents the postinst script (which runs
as root) from sending a signal to mysqld.  I couldn't reproduce locally,
so I asked for more details about their setup.
