Left a comment replicating what upstream said in reply to Athos' comment
asking whether the PR had been merged yet.  Apparently the bug is still
applicable.  Low priority, though.

Marked as Fix Released for postgresql-15.  Left the php8.2 task as is,
since it's been added to serve as a reminder to investigate the problem
when time permits.
