My impression is that this is a local configuration issue rather than
a bug in libvirt; I asked for more information and marked it as Incomplete.

Focal/Jammy SRU request, clean upstream cherry-pick, Fix Released already
in >= Lunar. Reproducing the issue (= doing the SRU verification) requires
a specific MacOS version; the affected user is willing to do the verification
and prepared the SRU template.

I adjusted the bug tasks, marked it Triaged where relevant and tagged it
server-todo.
