I am not sure this is a bug, so I asked for a more complete reproducer.

Already marked as Triaged by Sergio; the user provided the requested
additional info. Not easy to debug/reproduce, but the user is very
responsive. I asked some more questions (suggestions on high-level
things to test).

AIUI the feature the user is looking for requires a patched version
of a library. Set it to Incomplete for now providing more info and
asking the user to set it to Invalid or Wontfix.

I suggested testing different package versions on the server side
(Oracle Linux), as there are reports of this issue being caused
by an Oracle Linux security update. Left Incomplete.
