After upgrade to 24.04.1 LTS pg_upgradecluster fails to upgrade

I also tested a release upgrade without issues, but noted that in the
provided logs there was a removal of an ancient postgresql-12, and
wondered if  perhaps the missing data what was not migrated was in
that cluster? I added a comment, and marked the bug incomplete one
more time.

Windows VM live migrations fails - Jammy

This one is assigned to Sergio, who I know has a pile of libvirt/qemu
bugs to go through. Since it's about jammy, and there is a comment
saying it's fixed in qemu 7.2 and later, I adjusted the bug tasks to
reflect that.
