   This seems to be no longer true since noble. We still need to verify
   if nut-monitor is working properly as suggested by Dave. I subscribed
   ubuntu-server here.

   While this looks like a configuration issue (an possibly with
   virt-manager/universe), I pinged Sergio since he may have more context
   than I do here.

   This seems to be a potential regression. I asked for more information
   from the reporter.
