The reporter commented, but I still can't reproduce the issue.  Left a
comment and marked the bug back to Incomplete.

This is indeed a bug.  For some reason Ubuntu (Oracular only) is
affected but Debian isn't.  I marked it as Triaged, and I'm Cc'ing Bryce
here as he may want to take a look.
