MRE cards for pinot

Thanks everyone for the feedback, I've updated the MP with the new
list.  I'd appreciate if someone would review the MP and approve:

Meanwhile, I'll run the scripts to generate the bug reports directly,
and cards should be up in Pinot soonish.
