Incomplete.  These mysql timeout bugs are annoying because there's not
much I can do to investigate them.

Did not touch it.  Upstream's fix is gigantic and I don't see us
backporting it to Jammy (much less Focal) anytime soon.  I know that the
Security team does major Samba uploads from time to time; maybe this
will get fixed when they decide to bump Jammy to 4.16.

This one has open MPs (on hold) for more than a year.  It's low priority
and the only remaining task is Focal's, so I wonder if it will still be
fixed there.  Cc'ing Utkarsh and Jess who might know more.

With the advent of docker.io-app, I'm wondering if this one could be
