LP: #1971932 Confirmed [rsync] - error in rsync protocol data stream

Found out a possibly relevant openSUSE bug with an attached patch. If
the affected users are willing to verify that the patch works we can
consider applying it to rsync in Focal and Bionic, but we need a solid
test case.

LP: #1988283 - New [rabbitmq-server] - rabbitmq-server 3.9.13 Mnesia
Collector Throws Error

This is basically a forward of an upstream bug. Triage TLDR:

 - Jammy and Kinetic are affected.
 - There's an upstream microrelease we could upload to Kinetic
 - I don't think there's enough QA to upload it to Jammy
 - Jammy will require cherry-picking the fix
 - Marked Triaged, subscribed the team, tagged server-todo.

LP: #1978426 - Expired [autofs] - ignore mount option set for autofs is
not observed

I set this back to Incomplete and asked for steps to reproduce in LXD
containers, and to verify the status in Jammy. I set set the importance
to Low as I didn't see similar bug reports and no other user chimed in.

LP: #1975574 - * New [openvpn] - OpenSSL 3.0 support in OpenVPN 2.5

This is Fix Released in Kinetic, set it to Confirmed in Jammy. Some work
has been done already to fix this in Jammy, but IIUC we still need a
solid test case to move the SRU forward. This is currently in the backlog.
