   This has been fixed in Debian. Since Andreas is the reporter and has been
   dealing with this bug, and based on his comment regarding encryption default
   changes, I left it untouched (we may need to assess if the Debian fix is indeed sound).

   Paride confirmed the issue and the test ws added to never_run. I added this
   to our backlog.

   I tagged this as server-triage-discuss. Multiple users confirmed the bug, but
   finding a reliable reproducer may be tricky. Instead of adding this to the
   backlog, I am wondering if we have a clear path for this sort of (performance
   issues) bug.
