Bryce was working on this SRU, the bug reporter confirmed that the updated
package fixed the issue but he was not confident in his testing environment
because it is not up-to-date and standard. Maybe Bryce wants to verify it
by himself.

Lena was working on this SRU but it got a systemd regression on arm64.
Martin Pitt added a comment that it is unrelated to the changes applied and
we should ignore the failure. Lena may want to check that out and if this
is the case submit a hint to skip this test.

This bug was reported by a Canonical employee working on HW enablement and
it seems they are looking for a sponsor for libnl3. Not sure if someone
from the team has time to work on this but I am mentioning it here.
