ustriage found 19 bugs.  These are the noteworthy ones:

### https://pad.lv/1928297 - (Confirmed) [mysql-8.0] - package
    mysql-server-8.0 8.0.23-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 failed to install/upgrade:
    subproces van het nieuwe pakket mysql-server-8.0 het script
    pre-removal gaf de foutwaarde 1 terug

Incomplete.  I could not determine what exactly is happening, and it
doesn't seem to be the same issue as the other bugs mentioned below.


### https://pad.lv/1929314 - (New) [mysql-8.0] - Unattended-upgrade
    failed to restart mysql service (due to timeout?)

Asked for more info from one of the people who commented and confirmed
the bug.  Likely a dupe of
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mysql-8.0/+bug/1899248.  I
took the opportunity and tagged #1899248 as server-todo, because I think
it's relatively "easy" to address and it's affecting multiple users.


### https://pad.lv/1941748 - (Incomplete) [mysql-8.0] - Setup of socket:
    '/var/run/mysqld/mysqlx.sock' failed, can't create lock file
    /var/run/mysqld/mysqlx.sock.lock

Likely unrelated comment by another user.  Asked him to create another
bug.


### https://pad.lv/1948828 - (New) [mysql-8.0] - package
    mysql-server-8.0 8.0.27-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 failed to install/upgrade:
    o subprocesso instalado, do pacote mysql-server-8.0, o script
    post-installation retornou erro do status de saída 1

Incomplete; asked for more info.  Also likely a dupe of
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mysql-8.0/+bug/1899248.
