fails when enabling livepatch

These two aren't actually worth mentioning since they have
discussion on-going, but still mentioning since the status
is still set to "New" and I didn't change it further.

LP: #1927348 - (New) [ubuntu-advantage-tools] - package
ubuntu-advantage-tools 27.0~16.04.1 failed to install/upgrade:
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error
exit status 1

Couldn't reproduce so asked for more information, et al.
