### https://pad.lv/1909043 - (Incomplete) [mysql-8.0] - cannot upgrade
    mysql server package

Posted instructions on how to manually restore the mysqld apparmor
profile, since the reporter doesn't want to reinstall mysql-server-8.0.


### https://pad.lv/1910209 - (New) [dpdk] - systemctl stop
    openvswitch-switch will remove /var/run/openvswitch

Subscribed Christian to it.


### https://pad.lv/1910263 - (New) [libpcap] - package libpcap0.8:i386
    1.9.1-3 failed to install/upgrade: package is in a very bad
    inconsistent state; you should reinstall it before attempting
    configuration

Incomplete; can't reproduce.  Asked the reporter for more instructions.
