ustriage found 7 bugs.  These are the noteworthy ones:

### https://pad.lv/1914066 - (Confirmed) [mysql-8.0] - package
    mysql-server-8.0 8.0.23-0ubuntu0.20.04.1 failed to install/upgrade:
    installed mysql-server-8.0 package post-installation script subprocess
    returned error exit status 1

Marked as Incomplete.  I could not find a specific reason for the
failure to happen, although that dreaded "Server upgrade" timeout might
be the cause.  I requested more info from the reporter...  Some minutes
later, the reporter replied.  The journalctl strangely doesn't show an
entry with a similar date as the one I see on the MySQL error log.  I
offered a "workaround" for the reporter, which is to apt-get install
mysql-server again, which usually completes the installation.  Let's see.

Same thing as the above.  Nothing in the logs.  I marked as Incomplete,
and requested exactly the same information as I did for the previous
bug.  Maybe there will be something useful in the journalctl logs, but
I'm not holding my breath.
