Ubuntu 20.04 performance

I realize it's "just released" but have noticed something which is almost impossible to document in a bug report. Performance using virt-manager is sluggish at best whereas there are no apparent issues via an ssh connection. Might want to see if you can reproduce that. This is a server install (no GUI) and I have allocated only 1 CPU but the fact that ssh-based performance is fine indicates a possible problem. I should also mention that the problem does not occur with virsh console.
