This seems to be a regression with the latest version of the package
in Focal. There is a link to an upstream bug and two possible fixes
in a testing branch, but if IIUC the bug submitter tested them and
they do not fix the problem.

## multipath -ll doesn't discover down all paths on Emulex hosts

I am not very knowledgeable on multipath, but this could be an
interesting bug report for anybody who is. For the moment I asked
if the observed behavior happens only on Focal or on any previous
release too. Status: Incomplete for the moment.
