Bug Triage Duty - Monday 14th December

Hi,
I was today checking 24 bugs. While the majority was under control
there were plenty that needed a bit of help or status updates
consuming quite some time today. Of those two are worth to mention:

ruby2.5 - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ruby2.5/+bug/1907955
Issues with Autopkgtests, we've seen various such issues recently
since the environment was updated. @Lucas Kanashiro - there is even an
MP with a fix ready, would you mind to take a look?

Essentially a low prio feature request, but now implemented by
upstream. @Paride Legovini  recently merged at and I wondered if we
should use this as a trigger to consider moving to 3.2.1 in Hirsute.
