- "Tools - bzr" is deleted
- "Tools - subversion" is deleted
(Discourse shows these can be undeleted if desired, fwiw.)

- Removed the git basic usage directions
- Renamed page to "Services - Gitolite"
I agree we have too much labeled as 'Services - *' for it to be an
efficient category, and would favor a different categorizational scheme,
but that can be a task for another day.
