Triage and Proposed migration report (Friday)

# Triage
I got only 9 bugs in triage today of which only two needed some actual work.
One was quickly clarified and I added a hint how the user can resolve
some automount issues.
The other bug is about systemd tmpfiles.d not working in Docker but
packages relying on it - that needs further discussion before drawing
any conclusions.

#Proposed Migration
Andreas and myself worked on postgres-12 related issues and got three
resolved (7 to go).
Todays migration report confirmed that.

There were no other new issues to be concerned about, only a block
related to the samba uploads that were started yesterday but those
seemed normal for now. I checked and found that Andreas is already on
them.
