Please sync cyrus-sasl2 in git

Hi,

cyrus-sasl2 seems out of sync in ubuntu/devel:

rmadison shows 2.1.27~101-g0780600+dfsg-2ubuntu1, uploaded on March 28th:
 cyrus-sasl2 | 2.1.27~101-g0780600+dfsg-2ubuntu1 | artful          | source

git tree has 2.1.27~101-g0780600+dfsg-2:

Import patches-unapplied version 2.1.27~101-g0780600+dfsg-2 to ubuntu/
zesty-proposed

Could someone please take a look? Maybe the importer failed back in late
March, when 2u1 was uploaded.
